    Engineer Castle
    was worn on the shirt or tunic collar by an Engineer Officer.  Engineers were found in the Army, Army Air Forces (my uncle was an aviation engineer) and the paratroops.  The Castle is not marked.  It is double clutch back with dimpled locking caps.  The single Engineer Officer's Branch Insignia is in fair condition and is at least 76 years old.
