I guess you can see there are 2 Different Dates; 30 November 1944 & March 1945; My Guess is that it was Printed/Published November 1944 for March 1945; I guess they planned ahead...My Guess.

The Daily Menu, 'Ingredients for 100 MEN'; This is shown on the pages; The particular Menu for the day (Breakfast-Dinner-Supper); So, you can see the menu for each of the 31 Days of March 1945; The ingredients are shown, but there aren't any recipes.
CONDITION:
This looks like it's been through a WAR...Oh Yeah!  It has! This Master Menu Booklet for March 1945 is in
'GOOD'
condition.
ALL PAGES ARE SECURELY ATTACHED!  NO PIECES MISSING!  NO PAGES MISSING!
ISSUES:
There is pencil writing on many of the 'Pages';
Some pages have Fountain Pen Ink writing;
This is the run down for the daily Meals;
It looks like there were Changes/Adjustments to the Daily Menu;
There is a Rip/Tear on the Back cover.
The Front & Back Covers are loose from the pages;
There are Stains/
Smudges
/Marks on several of the pages, (I guess Food/Oil);
Small piece torn from bottom corner of Pg #15; Tears...Pg #23, #55.
