USGI M1 Garand stock set. All metal is on all pieces. This is not a matched set, obviously, due to the color differences. Stock has one cartouche - a proof fired P where it's supposed to be. My guess - this is an arsenal rebuild stock (Korea or post-Korea) that's been sanded (not by me). The two hand guards are rough - rear has a significant crack but suprisingly still solid. I have not tried to lock it up with a barreled receiver. If you're looking for a stock set to build a "wall hanger" or ceremonial rifle - this will work for you. Starting price reflects that. If you're willing to put some effort into restoration - you have something solid to begin with.
