Availability: 10 in stock
Condition:
Original good condition. No overseas shipping. Authentic original from the WWII time period. (Please see my other eBay listing for another similar listing from the same group being sold separate from WWII USAAF Lt. General Ira Eaker with a signed letter and patches sent to the same Cadet Philip Rowe during the war). Original reply letter is dated Feb. 1944 from Lt. General Mark Clark to Cadet Philip Rowe who was serving at the Castle Heights Military Academy. The letter is hand signed / autographed by General Clark to the bottom of the typed letter along with his signature to the front of the envelope. The envelope is post marked Feb. 1944. The envelope is marked on the back from Headquarters Fifth Army Office of the Commanding General. General Clark included a Fifth army patch (which has old label applied by Cadet Rowe on the back) as per his request. The envelope and letter has some minor edge wear and foxing. Please note pictures for detailed condition and information.
