    Description

    This iconic WWII fighter served for the duration in all theaters.  Most widely associated with the Pacific Theater of Operations where a 'second' engine was considered a significant benefit for distant operations over hostile territory and the ocean.  A beautiful design. It is recast using the polyurethane  resin and is in excellent condition, and very stable.   8 3/4" wingspan, fuselage 6 1/4"  it is marked "P-38" underwing and 'US' boxed nationality along with  the  Cruver logo and a mold date of July '42.    Winner pays actual shipping using paypal.
