Caran d'Ache Ecridor Chevron Ballpoint Pen Palladium Coated EUC Free Shipping

I bought this pen about 15 years ago from a collectables dealer in the UK. At one time, I owned over 50 Caran d'Ache pens from ballpoints to fountain pens to the budget priced 849's.Not one has ever failed me or disappointed. The only issue I have found is that if you let someone borrow one of these pens, they might not return them No other pen I know of writes as smoothly as a Caran d'Ache.
I used this pen very little and aside the 849's I still use and give as gifts, this is my last Ecridor.
This pen has been engraved and is a part of the provenance. The engraving says "LOEPFE" which was a textiles related industry in the UK or Switzerland. Neither the dealer nor I know the age of this pen and no further information is available.
As with most higher quality writing instruments, the do need some cleaning and this is an example of one that needs some light cleaning. Kinda like grandma's silverware, it needs cleaning from time to time. Price has been adjusted for the little bit of elbow grease to bring the shine back.
